Theee worse customer service I've experienced. A young man at the register attitude was so nasty, I requested district manager email and number. Do better pac sun.

I returned items to this store at the end of December. Refund was supposed to go back to my card. Refund was never sent to my card company. Now I'm making payments on a merchandise I don't have. Have made complaints to my card company and PacSun. To this day this has not been resolved. This is stealing/fraud in my eyes!!!

Great store, employees are horrible, there so rude and cannot keep up the store. They have no respect for customers and good luck asking for help they don’t care.
