I recently had a disappointing experience at Shoe Depot. While checking out, the cashier, Nikki, touched my new white shoes with her chocolate-covered fingers after eating ice cream. When I politely asked her to be more careful, she yelled at me, which was shocking and unprofessional. I hope the management addresses this...

Mike is the only highlight in this store. He's always friendly and kind. Older white woman is constantly rude to everyone, including verbally berating her staff in front of customers. I wish yall still had the Independence store - at least they were nice!
