“I love coming to this place and all the stuff is cute, however, it is starting to become apparent that sellers are using their “small business” title to sell things that they bought from large multibillion dollar companies for a very low price, and they put a price that would be about 10x the price than what they bought it for. There are a lot of great sellers with handmade products, but something that’s began to push it over the edge are some of the sellers selling “lafufus”. It’s starting to feel like going to the mall with all those cheap little toys that they charge you extra for. This place used to be a five stars for me, but recently, it’s been going downhill. I would still recommend it, but just keep an eye out for things you could probably get elsewhere for a better price, unless it is a handmade custom product by the seller. Other than that, this place is magical around Christmas time and there ARE sellers that have amazing products.”

“I have been searching for a pair of shoes to help with my severe achilleas tendonitis for awhile now to no avail. I spent the whole day driving around the K.C. metro trying on shoes. I could not find anything that did not aggravate my pump bump. I was about to give up and did one more google search, and I ran across the Elite Feet store in Leawood. I was a hesitant that I would be paying a premium price for shopping in Leawood, but I went anyway. From the moment I sat down I felt at ease, big shout out to Mildred. I did the normal walk, and the owner brought out several sets of shoes. I have high arches and wide feet, one scan today told me today I need a 12.5EE, but I have to wear a 13W do to the arches. Today I moved up to a 14 medium in a Brooks beast. I was skeptical at first, as was normal, all the shoes I need in a wide are out of stock or not carried. However, this guy(sorry forgot your name) suggested that on what he saw we should try the Brooks Beast in a medium 14. That was the ticket, and it checked all the boxes AI said it would not. The kicker is the price was in line with anyone else that sold this shoe.
I do not leave very many reviews, but this store has my top vote and my business.
Quit wasting your time shopping for shoes where some part time clerk is telling you it fits, you should buy it. Go here.”
“They often have some great finds from really high quality brands. I like going here to find new treasures. My only negative is that they don’t have as many options in the smaller sizes so there are fewer items for me to choose from. Other than that, they are great.”

“Jake is the best fit pro ive ever encountered! Friendly, caring, and genuinely wants the best for the customer. Didnt push me to buy anything, got multiple pairs of shoes for me to try, and fitted me with the exact right pair of insoles for my shoes. He even gave me exact measurements and recommendations as to what shoe size and type i would like because they werent available at the store.”

The level of detail they provide for their customers is great. Sure the products are expensive, and if your on the fence about it try their shoes first, which i think is their bread and butter. They will try to assist ya if the shoe encounters a problem years down the road. I don't think a lot of companies would do that.”
“My daughter's original dress was delayed and didn't get here in time so it was a very stressful situation and I can't stress enough how amazing Janet and the other employee at this location were. They were so helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to help us and make sure we were able to find what we needed. Janet is absolutely such an asset to the company with how she handles and helps customers. They both were so amazing and we can't thank them enough. We will definitely continue to shop here due to our amazing experience with the staff.”

“I always enjoy browsing through the enormous selection of shoes. It is rare that I can't find something I need and that says something because I have problems with my feet including a wide arch and arthritis in my big toe. The clerks were helpful and efficient.”
“Took my Matterhorn boots in as the original sole was starting to separate in the middle. Fixed me up and my boots were like new again. Have another pair of Matterhorn boots that I’m going to have him fix for me. ?”

“They had a pretty good selection of clothes. The prices were ok and they had some sales going on which seems to be the norm. We weren't bothered as we browsed around the store either. Sometimes when your at a place in the mall the sales people are on you like a hawk, but not this place. They just left us alone until we had a question. When we did have a question about the product they were quick to respond with the best of answers. They seemed very friendly and knowledgeable about the products that they were carrying. I still think that this place is one of the most popular places to go for this kind of shopping. I can honestly say that you won't be dissatisfied with your own trip to this location. We now have added this place to our own little list of must visit shops.”
“I love this indoor mall! Indoor malls are struggling to stay alive which I don't know why because seriously the convenience of indoor malls are awesome! They even have like car buggies you can rent for your little to ride in and somewhere to put your bags. That is the one thing that has always sucked about a shopping mall is carrying all your crap around and not just running to your car to drop them off cause you parked on the other side. But they fixed that! Shoot even if I didn't have a little I'd still roll that buggy! I love that it has a Nordys, a Barnes & Noble, Disney Store, and so many other great stores. It's not like some malls that are struggling so bad that they will rent out to anyone. So the store is bare and has a sheet up for their back room and the items are straight off the shelves of a sweatshop. I hope they can continue to maintain. I do know Black Friday was hopping this past year. That's always a good sign!”

Elizabeth and Cara were phenomenal, in both helping me with an issue with my online order and helping me to find items that fit my body type and style. I’ve always loved shopping at White House Black Market in Oak Park Mall. Every visit is consistently amazing. Maureen and Lory are always so friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure I find exactly what I’m looking for. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond makes such a difference.
I also want to highlight Cherie, the manager. She sets the tone for the entire store. She is professional, kind, and always makes me feel welcomed. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and her team, and it shows in every interaction.
I’ll continue returning to this location specifically because of Cherie and her team. They make the shopping experience outstanding every single time.”

“Lots of shoes, competitive prices, attractive displays. Music while looking and trying on shoes was good.
I asked for help finding shoes with soles that would wear well on sidewalks. The associate at the register was knowledgeable and immediately pointed me to 3 brands in a nearby aisle. A few minutes later I asked her to repeat advice about gray boxes for more stylish shoes (not the comfort I was looking for). She answered kindly. Again as I checked out some time later she was pleasant, fast, and efficient.
Some selections had a limited number of sizes on the racks. Announcements over the speakers promised that missing sizes could be shipped without a fee.”
