United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. The local Post Office at 8010 Conser St is a nice little post office with quick, excellent customer service. Employee is polite, kind, and professional, often smiling when customers drop off a package. They help with letter tracking, choosing the correct envelope for a return, and provide friendly, quick service. This refreshing experience has made many customers who usually avoid USPS ship with them.
In a world of impersonal automation, it is delightful to see Tom's smiling face each time I drop off a package. He is polite, kind, and an utter professional.
