This post office gets the job done for basic mailing needs. I appreciate that they have extended Saturday hours which is a real bonus for people who work during the week. The self-service kiosk is quick and easy to use when you just need to drop off a package or buy stamps. Convenient location in Overland Park and usually in and out pretty quickly during off-peak hours!”

“04/21/26 I came in for my passport mind you this is my first time ever getting one & Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything, I walked in thinking my appointment was confirmed for 2pm, I made a mistake on my end without actually confirming the appointment and as I was trying to explain this to the lady whom I believe could have been of Indian decent but younger looking than another one I had seen with glasses on, she immediately tells me that I can’t be helped because my appointment wasn’t confirmed and that I would have to wait til tomorrow morning to be able to walk in, and she made it CLEAR several times that only IF I were within the FIRST 5 walk-ins. She was quick to shoo me way and mind you I had to take the afternoon off of work for this so I was feeling nervous, frustrated and overwhelmed, so anyways Paul must have overheard and decided to help me out anyways and in the end I was able to get my passport, WOOHOO !?. If you’re reading this Paul I think you deserve a raise, especially with the way you were pretty much running everything up front and everyone would look at you for answers I thought was cool, thanks for all your help & for being a decent human”

“This place IS a blessing. It’s one of the few location open (mostly it seems) 24/7. Though it can be a little intimidating because the parking lot is lit up but there’s no lit sign, so it may wear closed. It’s also set back off the highway.. not readily noticeable. The area seems safe. But if it was located any where else in town… ?Just keep an eye out and be aware of of what’s going on around you.But… if your a last minute shirt like me!!!Oh it’s a blessing!!!”
