The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. USPS is committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages to more than 157 million addresses in the United States, its territories, and its military bases worldwide. Processing and delivering 47 percent of the world's mail, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and constantly innovates to improve customer experiences. Customers praise the USPS location at 4225 W 107th St as a "blessing" for its 24/7 availability, though the lack of a visible sign and the location set back from the highway can make it less noticeable. The staff is commended for their great customer service, even when dealing with high volumes of customers. Employees have been described as polite, helpful, and going the extra mile, such as providing change when a customer was short on postage. The manager, Mike Hobson, has also been recognized for his friendly and helpful approach during a recent phone call. While the service is generally positive, some customers have noted that there are not always enough staff working, leading to delayed mail delivery on certain days. However, the night manager has been praised for going out of their way to assist customers in these situations.
Most of the ladies there are nice. Rebecca is the worst. I would give this branch a much better review if she wasn’t there. With my bad luck I usually end up having to deal with her. She has horrible customer service skills and an unpleasant disposition.

Very busy location. Clean on the inside and line moves fairly quick. The parking lot is a weird one, does not make much sense.
