This Walgreens Pharmacy is a standard and convenient location that many customers frequent. The pharmacy staff, including a pharmacist, makes a point to follow up with patients to see how their prescriptions are working and to see if they can help in any way, providing truly amazing customer service. The location often goes above and beyond to make sure critical prescriptions are available and filled, and vaccines are administered with very good service. The store itself is also noted as being VERY neat and tidy, and employees are VERY helpful in assisting customers find what they need. Overall experiences are often okay, with the pharmacy being friendly and efficient in getting medication to customers in a timely manner. However, there have been some problematic issues. One significant incident involved a prescription not being filled correctly, leading to a patient running out of medication and requiring several calls to resolve, though the pharmacy did offer to provide more at no extra cost. Other experiences, such as at the drive-thru COVID testing site, have been frustrating and confusing, with unclear instructions, long hold times on the phone, incorrect personal information on file, and a lack of clear communication or customer service during and after the test administration. While it remains a convenient pharmacy for many, some customers hope for improvements in consistency and service.

This Walgreens location always goes above and beyond to make sure our critical prescriptions are available and filled. We've gotten vaccines here as well with very good service.
