“QuikTrip needs someone to do a study. That place is completely underrated part of my day and our society. The employees are always all over it. Even at 6 AM, the enthusiasm from their people is off the charts. They have a thousand micro-interactions a day and they still smile every time. They clean the place like they personally own it. I know they are getting paid, but other employers don't get that level of investment from their people. Are they paying them on a commission for surfaces cleaned? How do I get that level of give-a-damn in my classroom? I'd honestly read a book about it.”
“This place is a hidden gem! Family Mart/Smoke Shop has an amazing variety of products and some of the lowest vape prices I’ve seen in the area. Whether you’re looking for snacks, drinks, or smoke accessories, they’ve got it all—and everything is super well organized and clean inside. The staff is friendly and helpful too. “Came in to OP location after a drive back from St Louis. Wind shield did not get clean as I must have drove through something that caused extra an extra sticky film. Ben Godoy the manager went above and beyond to help get the extra off by personally scrubbing & wiping it down. Very satisfied first time customer!”

“I just went here for the first time the other night. A few friends live in the area and I didn't realize how nice this place was or the size until getting in the parking lot. Super clean and well stocked! I didn't get a chance to check out the bathrooms but I like the fact it's easy to get in and out of the parking lot and the area where you pump gas.”
“I highly recommend this location for any auto repair and maintenance needs, I have also been able to get personal propane tanks refilled at this location. Frankly with two gas stations less than a quarter mile away from this location, I will still continue to utilize this location's services as the kindness, care, and trustworthiness are profound/ noteworthy. This location's brand is far more focused on customer loyalty and satisfaction than it is in monetizing for a quick buck, definitely a characteristic that ought to ensure it sticks around for much time hereafter despite other gas station's trying to steal it's local market share and reach.”

“Amy was incredibly kind and helpful. I had many questions about a new prescription I was picking up for my cat. It was BUSY too but she did an impressive job of getting around to helping various people and balancing everything so no one was left waiting for too long despite how many people were coming and going. I've been to this CVS several times before and always had a positive experience. Amy was awesome, everyone I've interacted with has been great. Just had to share!”

“This is my regular go to convenience store. I am in there at least once a day. They are good people and value their customers. Today I ran up to get gas because I was running on fumes. I grab for my wallet and it's not there. I didn't have enough gas to go back home, grab the $ and drive back. I asked if I could put $5 in and come back to pay. There was no hesitation. I can't think of any other place in the city who would give me gas on a handshake. Well done! Keep up the great work.”

“They have fun here. You could probably just go and put a flash drive in the photo machine and have a good time with the staff. Big fan of this place even though I feel a little conflicted because an independent pharmacy is a few blocks away, using one of which is a rare pleasure.I can't imagine fussing about customer service here. The pharmacists are fast enough that if you use basic social skills to figure out in what order people have arrived in the waiting area and get to the desk accordingly, you should see how quickly they're actually working. The only thing that keeps it slower is when they're working with someone to get their insurance sorted out and that's an indictment of America and an endorsement of their efficiency.It's a location of a big corporation. So just use the app and get in and get out faster than about anywhere else.”

“Exceptional! I can usually leave my doctor's office and drive 10 to 15 minutes to the pharmacy. The prescription will be ready or nearly ready for me, within minutes of my arrival.
The one instance I did have to wait was for only 5 to 10 minutes. The store representatives are extremely helpful and courteous. It is always clean, neat, and presentable with a convenient seating. Products are well organized and easy to find.”
