Even though the store was busy with everyone looking for a prom dress, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and we were in and out within the hour. And the prices were great for my budget for the day.

Don’t take a dress back without a tag, they won’t take it back, even if you have the receipt. My bad, on the clearly stated policy. Learn from my mistake! lol.

I could not believe the rudeness of the staff here. Christina (name on the receipt) was absolutely the worst . She was speaking to people in the store in an aggressive condescending tone and once she tried it with me I was out. They seriously need work on their customer service

I love the clothes so I love coming here but I wish the employees were nicer or at least look like they wanna work here. But I love love love the prices for the clothes!

If I could give zero stars I would. This store had gone downhill. They have a new staff often but it doesn’t matter because they are all so rude. I’ve been in there many times and it doesn’t matter what time of day they always have the impression that they don’t want you there. I came in once last minute because they were closing early and I thought they closed later. I checked the mallhours and they did not post any holiday hours. I came in to look for a dress and never again will I spend money here. I was made to feel awful the whole time. This is a constant issue. The majority of the time they are rude and unwelcoming.

Just wanted to come on here to say that I came in Tuesday morning I believe it was and Kim (if I remember her name right) was super sweet to me when I spilled my drink she helped me clean it up and made me feel better after feeling awful spilling it. She said accidents happen and she genuinely seemed like it was no issue at all helping me clean up when normally you can tell the employee is bothered to pick up a mess. I just wanted to write that she seems like a really sweet person and I definitely will come back here :)

i approached the register today & a lady who was up there looked at me & rudely walked off on the phone, thankfully Iris came & checked me out. You could hear her talking so loudly all throughout the store meanwhile there was a line forming. Dont love how she left this young lady to go off talking & laughing on the phone. I didn’t appreciate the way I received service today. VERY unprofessional. and not to mention this was one of a few bad experiences I’ve had with this store. I will NEVER shop here again.

Super cute, affordable dresses.This is my second year going to oak park mail from the northland to shop there, and I'm not sure I'll be back.Last year there was a super rude employee, didn't acknowledge me at all although I was super polite, and this year, same girl, same attitude. I asked to see one of the dresses on the mannequin, she basically ripped it off, and rudely walked away. I had to follow her thru the store to even get it. Made me super uncomfortable. When I finally caught up, she didn't even look at me and just handed it to me as I was thanking her for doing that for us. Made me feel awkward for asking for any assistance. Then my daughter wanted to see another one on a that required a stick to get down. Oh great, I have to ask again now. I made my sister do it because I felt like she just didn't want to be there at this point. She got the same vibe with the employee.The next time I needed something I went to another employee and asked, but for some reason, she needed to get the same girl to help again. Ughhh. So uncomfortable. Anyways, If someone is unhappy where they are, they seriously need to find a new job where they are happy, and not take an attitude with people trying to shop there. Maybe I'll go back again, but if she's there, I'll just walk right back out. No one deserves to be made to feel the way she did.

Roma is so sweet. She helped my friend get her dresses. Even though I was more there to help pick out a dress for someone else, Roma made me feel welcomed in the store to try on clothes and welcomed me to sit down. She was running around the store to help as many customers as she could and still watched out for me. Her attitude is so kind and helpful. Not a big fan of the dresses on myself which is why I had to take a star off… but Roma made my day. Thank you.

My daughter spent $35+ of her Christmas money in your store on 12/27/21 on a black sequined top with the intention of wearing it for New Years Eve (tonight). Because of the long lines for the fitting room, she did not try it on in the store. Once she got up to the register, a price tag could not be located, so they looked up the price and completed the transaction. When she arrived back home that evening, she tried on the top only to find that it was extremely too small and knew that she would need to return it. Living about 100 miles away, I called the store today (as a courtesy)to make sure that they were aware of the issue and also because I didn’t want them to think that the item had been worn—-our intention was to make a trip back to the city next week) I was told that without a tag the item could not be returned and that if it had indeed not had a tag the sales associate would have written that on the receipt…which they did not. The lady I spoke to informed me that she was the manager and that there were no exceptions in this case—-even though I had called ahead to inform her of the issue so that she would not think that we were trying to be dishonest in any way. This disappointed me greatly. I “get” that there are many people in this world who would have tried to take advantage of the situation, just to get a free outfit to wear and return—-that is not how my family has been raised and that’s why I tried to do the right thing by calling ahead to try to work out the issue. I am so disappointed about this, and even more saddened that my daughter wasted some of her Christmas money in a store like this. Even more reason to make sure that my business no longer comes to a store front where I would guess they are struggling to compete with various online retailers. ???

I am here once again trying to return a dress it’s currently noon on a Sunday and they’re “short” staff I seen 3 ladies in there and yet not one of them could take a return. I wouldn’t be leaving a review like this if it was the first time this has happened but it’s happened 5 times now and I’m over it. That being said I will not be back.
