Rick at the store took great care of me. He contacted multiple stores and finally after a couple more incorrectly packaged parts. He tracked down exactly what I needed. He stayed in touch with me throughout all of it and called me as soon as he had what I needed. O'Reilly's in Paola definitely took care of me. 10/10 I recommend.”
