“Frustrating day of trying to replace a 5 year old car battery that was on its last cranking. Bought a new battery from a competitor that wasn't working, went to the Louisburg store for a replacement and the gentlemen were very honest, helping me to choose another one. While they didn't change the battery out, when i returned the old one they tested the electrical system at no charge. Sorry I didn't get their names, but thank you from the bottom of this cranky persons heart, you made a bad day a bit better.”
