Just wanted to compliment Julie D. at this Paola, KS location. She went above and beyond in helping me rent a carpet cleaner. Was extremely friendly and polite throughout the interaction. I absolutely love this store the workers are so genuine kind respectful and always there to help I never have a problem when I go in there and it's absolutely amazing and very convenient and some of the best deals I've seen.
