“Thank you to my awesome clerk who blew up a birthday balloon and found ribbon and made it beautiful and took her time♥️
Didn't tell her but it's for our beautiful daughter in heaven who would be 21 years old today.
My tears are happy and bittersweet that she was so kind to me.
300pm August 20 2024.
Thank you.”
“Just wanted to compliment Julie D. at this Paola, KS location. She went above and beyond in helping me rent a carpet cleaner. Was extremely friendly and polite throughout the interaction. Watched her interact with other customers and she treated everyone with the same courtesy and respect. 6/14/2025.”
“This is one of the best Walmarts in the greater Kansas City area. One gripe - The online order employees that have the big carts to fulfill the orders have absolutely zero respect for the customers shopping there. Almost every time I shop here, I get cut off by an employee rolling around a huge cart or the entire aisle is blocked by the big carts. The employees doing so recognize it, and seemingly don’t care.”

“Great grocery store! Produce and meat look remarkably great and the shelves are very well stocked! They have a full selection of items I can’t find at the big warehouse stores. Love this sore!”
