I paid cash for the work Moore did on my recent repair & they corrected some of the things that the previous shop did in addition to what I had done with Moore. Great new location, plenty of room to get to the docks. New address doesn't come up on the maps yet but the pinned location is accurate.
Had app at 07:00, arrived before 06:00 and gate was open. Had to wait until app time, they were helpful and punctual.
No overnight parking on site but the street is a dead end with enough room to park on the street.”
“Dale Matz should receive employee of the month for going above and beyond helping me out with my issue. This guy is very helpful and seems to be very patient too.
I needed the lower coolant tube for my 680 but they didn’t have it in stock so Dale helped me figure out an alternative to temporarily fix it. He searched up a nearby store that could have a back up hose in the meantime and that worked well.
Also the guys in the shop thanks for letting me use a drain pan to pour my coolant.
I repaired my truck right outside the gate of kenworth and was able to make it back home to Kansas City that same day ??”
