The parking lot has potholes, especially behind the front row, and parking is paid. There are multiple fuel lanes. Inside, the facility has arcade games and is under construction. A KFC is permanently closed, but there is a McDonald's nearby. The staff are consistently described as very nice, courteous, and dedicated to customer service. For truckers, getting a large amount of fuel can make the shower free or discounted. It provides the essential conveniences needed during a long journey.

The diesel pumps are limited. The pumps were full of trucks.

They offer Pappa John’s Pizza here along with a pretty good convenient store for travelers & locals.
