Always have SO MANY issues. Have been a customer for a few years and always has one problem either with bad customer service or our bill gets raised out of nowhere with no explanation! No one communicates. I have to have wifi for school! HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Difficult customer service experience. Lost internet for 6 days and nobody was willing to work with me to get it back up and running. Our router also quit working after only having it for a month and a half. Our technician who finally came to fix it was great though.

Why have a store when you can't bring your bill in and talk about it. Had to call the 800 number to get a reduction on my parents bill since they are on a fixed budget. It's like going to McDonald's and not being able to order a cheeseburger. It's really makes no sense.
