“Great customer service and friendly employees. I needed a different remote for my sister who lives in a nursing home. I took it in and they exchanged it for a brand new one with batteries. It was easy-peasy. They even answered some questions for my friend who was with me. She's a Cox customer and was inquiring about a discount. The young lady told my friend how to apply online to receive the discount. I wish everyone was as friendly as the Cox team employees are.
UPDATE: While I was there, the young lady who spoke to my friend about a discount on her Cox internet told us about some of the programs they offer. I decided to get Cox home internet, since there is a plan I could manage while receiving SSDI, because money is very tight (especially now!!).”

“Great prices to get laptops fixed! They fixed the screen on my MacBook for half the cost of others, but since getting it back, it won't close all the way. I'll be taking it back Monday to see what (if anything) can be done to fix it.”
