Just transferred a couple phones and added a line to my new plan this evening and had the pleasure of working with a young man named Landon! Superb customer service and even better hospitality! Explained everything perfectly! I always ask too many questions and he had all the answers!

Tyrell the Manager at US Celluar helped me fix my phone after 3 different attempts. It took him 3 minutes to fix my phone. He has excellent customer service skills and amazing knowledge about cell phones. We appreciate him.
