We use the mobile grooming service, which is so convenient and worth the extra cost. My dogs are my babies, so I take their care very seriously. I would highly recommend their services!”
“I’m really pleased with our Gou Gou Pets products! They gifted me some allergy shampoo and first-aid ointment for my dog who was struggling with environmental allergies. Her ear tips would dry out, chap, and break open. Using this ointment once a day has helped them stay moisturized and we didn’t have one incident of them opening this spring. My dog who got skin scabs last year due to allergies did not get any this year when I kept up on baths with the allergy shampoo! I am super impressed by how well these worked!”

They are fast & friendly w a very effective way of processing their appointments w an easy to use website to schedule your appointment easily & they send out reminders every year when your pet is due for shots. “I am always afraid to start a new groomer just like your own hair stylist you don't know what you'll get right? I meet w Weston the groomer that we were very fortunate to get for my year old Goldendoodle. Ginger had been groomed before but the last time she was completely taken down to a poodle at a different grooming place and I was so shocked I could not talk. But Weston met w me I showed him the prior grooming pic saying I don't like that! He looked at her pointed out she had some matting but said he would do his best. Weston rocks....Ginger is beautiful! My husband and I love her look! Weston you are outstanding! Ginger has found a new man in her life in Weston!”

“This is easily the best groomer in the area. Our dog is a pampered man and doesn’t like being in a kennel. We have tried to train him and it failed. They always fit him in early and get him out before the day gets too busy. He loves his groomer and they are always giving him extra TLC. Thank you for understanding and being so exceptional! ??”
“We are so happy we found puppy’s playpen for grooming! We have tried a couple places and this spot did the best with the teddy bear haircut. Our groomer was Jessica and she was INCREDIBLE! She groomed our goldendoodle exactly how we wanted it and love how fluffy he was after grooming.
We asked for 1/2 inch all around and rounded face with short rounded ears!
I love that they have options for grooming during the weekends because it is the only time we can drop our dog off ?
If you are looking for a groomer this is the spot to go! Staff is super friendly and they do an amazing job☺️”
“This is absolutely the best Pet Store in the Midwest! Highly suggest going whether or not you enjoy pets. This store mainly focuses on fish which is great. They keep both fresh and saltwater (don't get your hopes up about the coral) and they also have some of the most exotic fish available: redtail catfish, grouper, arowana, halfbeak, flowerhorn, and exotic guppies. I would like to also point out that their employees are wonderful. Great service and hospitality! (especially Alex) This store has helped me to achieve my goal of having many beautiful tanks!”

The mother & son duo who took over ownership in the past few months are absolutely amazing, friendly, personable, and just all around great people - they're even on a first-name basis with my two dogs. They have a great selection of treats and stand by their products. My dogs are huge fans of their Rocco Meatlovers dog treats; they might be my picky goldendoodles’ all-time favorite. The store is clean, inviting, and well-stocked with a great selection.
We can't visit the vet next door without stopping in; my dogs demand it.
If you haven't checked them out since ownership changed, you should absolutely pop in for a quick look - it's night and day compared to the old owners!”
“Another quick to get to store. We live in the Dotte but found ourselves in this area for dinner. We cut it too close to get to the one by our house before closing,so we just ran in to this one real quick.
Staff seemed friendly. There was a puppy training session going on while we were there. Everyone looked like things were going well.
It took us a minute to find our Staffy's brand of food. The stores are never set up exactly the same. Actually took us twice of walking all the dog isles before we found her food. It was in stock, as were her food toppers. As an added treat, this store had her neopolitan cookies in stock so we grabbed a bag before hitting the register.
Only negative is our dog is too picky & bougie but we still got out of there for less than anticipated.”
