“Kids at Heart has been an incredible experience for our family. The owner, Bergen, cares about every child and it shows in everything she does. The same goes for the Director, Kim, who welcomes you and your child everyday with a warm hello. They've built such an incredible environment.

A special shoutout to Ms. Haylee and Ms. Kaitlyn in the Blueberries classroom, they are absolutely wonderful. It’s clear how much they love and invest in the kids every day.

One thing that really stands out is how all the teachers seem to know every child’s name. It feels like such a close knit, caring community. The kids stay engaged with daily activities, and they get outside whenever possible, which we love.

You will not find a place that cares for your child the way Kids at Heart does. If they ever have an opening, I highly recommend jumping on it!”

“We moved to the area about two years ago, in the middle of the school year, and were scrambling to find a before and after school care. Our son’s elementary school suggested Children’s Lighthouse, and we enrolled. He has loved every moment of before and after school care, and the fun things planned on both parents night out nights and no school days. Children’s Lighthouse always showed care, commitment, dedication, and love for our son. Unfortunately next year he won’t be attending due to our work schedules changing, and some other activities. We were saddened that he is leaving because of the friendships he has made. We highly suggest Children’s Lighthouse for anyone needing before and after school care. Our son would also like me to note how much he loves Mrs Bobbi, Ms Taliyah, Ms Ali, Ms Abbey, Ms Laura, and Ms Carrie who have all taken the time to get to know him, care for him, and love him back. He hopes to stop in for a visit next year!”

We have unfortunately aged out of their program but we had such a good time here, we just moved to the kc area and childcare can be really stressful here so I am super grateful to have found them. “My experience with Blue Diamond childcare was amazing. The women working there are very nice people and they take care of the kids. I also like how clean they are and how they make sure to keep the kids clean, educate them, entertain them and keep them well feed. This review will not be complete if I don't mention the responsible person on the kids: Mrs. Souad, such a nice sweet lady who loves her job with the kids and does her best with them, she is an angel,and the kids loooooove her as well as their parents. Definitely recommend this childcare center.”

“Love, Love, Love! My son joined La petite Academy when he was few months old! Ms. Karolyn team is wonderful and very understanding. We went through difficult times just like any parents feeling intimidated by new caregivers and feeling insecure and worried, but Ms. Karolyn was very supportive and helpful, that made a huge difference to have a supportive leadership. The teachers and caregivers are wonderful! Very kind and gentle and loving! My kid now is a toddler with Ms. Jacky! He loves her and I love her too! She's not just a daycare teacher but a loving and caring person that truly cares for the kids. She's very patient and gentle when dealing with all the different types of challenging behaviors that a toddler can go through! She knows how to comfort an upset kid like magic! We are grateful for this experience that we had with La Petite and we highly recommend this daycare to anyone who needs a daytime care. A huge ponus that made me love this place even more, there are cameras that are available for parents to check on their little ones which gave me comfort everytime I felt that I miss my baby and wanted to check on him!”

“This place has been a GODSEND. I found them earlier this week and have had back to pack appts and I’m so grateful. I’m also starting a new job that works weekends and I need someone open Saturday's and they just came into my life at the perfect time. They’ve been so understanding with my incessant calling( I struggle to be away from her for longer periods) And are just so sweet annd patient and our daughter has LOVED them. I even requested no red and yellow food dyes and they’ve been so so so awesome about it. I could cry. Seriously would give them 10 stars if I could❤️”

“My daughter has attended Rise Above since she was 5 months old, and she recently graduated to the toddler/1 yr old room. The teachers and staff here are so genuinely kind and loving with my daughter and I never doubt she is being well cared for throughout the day. At 9 months old, my daughter was diagnosed with a medical condition which requires her to wear a brace for 1-2 hours while she is at daycare. Her teachers in the infant and toddler rooms are so accommodating and supportive of this need, and have gone a step above to make the adjustment as easy as possible for her.

The infant room is large, newly updated, has a shoes-off policy for cleanliness, and has plenty of new toys and natural light. Most importantly, the instructors in that room are experienced in the industry and incredibly loving with our baby. Our experience so far in the toddler room has been great as well. At morning drop-off, I hardly have time to say goodbye before my daughter toddles aways to say hi to her teacher and friends.

From a curriculum standpoint, Rise Above is always doing activities that foster fine motor skills, confidence, creativity, appreciation for art, science, and diversity. I know my daughter has experiences here that she likely would not receive at other facilities or if she stayed home. I am very glad we chose Rise Above!”

“It has been a great time in Phoenix Montessori for both my daughters. One already graduated and the other one is just starting but we are looking forward to having her stay her preschool years. “Wonderful school by all means. Can’t find a word to describe how amazing Creme is. It’s way beyond a daycare. School architecture is unique. They have diversity of curriculum and activities that had a very positive impact on my kids development at all levels. Kids have their main class rooms but rotate at other rooms throughout the day. They have music &art rooms, gym library stem lab & water park
The water park runs twice weekly for each class during summer months.
The teachers are great caring pleasant very receptive of feedback and compassionate about what they do. Teachers know every child by name. They welcome kids with their names in the morning. Same when they leave.
A lot of events are arranged ( Halloween party Christmas party etc )
Ms King is a wonderful director with great vision and pleasant personality. She has been available and supportive when needed.
The dedication, expertise, and genuine care provided by the school staff have contributed immensely to my kids development.”

“ALL of my children have gone here since they were infants and graduating out. We have had our share of the old center director (was not fond of) and now the center director Jen. Her and Mackenzie are AMAZING. Not only do they love my babies and mother kids like their own but they make you feel like family. Mevlida, Holly, Senita, Demi, Tiara, and April are all awesome teachers! As a parent who has children who are exposed to other languages other than English, I do LOVE that the teachers who speak other languages also speak or have spoken to my children in those languages. Nothing wrong with a little DIVERSITY. There has been some major improvements since my oldest (who is 11) was enrolled here! Now, I do wish the parking lot was bigger and that more parents who don't have handicapped parking tag didn't park in the designated spot for families who do.”

“Our twins started at Shawnee KinderCare when they were 15 months and have been there for almost 4 months now. It was not an easy transition for them from home to a school and the staff at KinderCare made the experience for them (and myself) much easier. The extra care and attention they provided to make them feel more comfortable was very helpful and appreciated! I personally appreciate the notes throughout the day and the pictures! It is amazing to see how much progress they have made just in the last 3 months. They love their teachers and the new friends they are making and doing crafts and learning! Their teachers show great interests in their learning and well-being and demonstrate patience as they got accustomed to a new environment. The Directors are very communicative and all teachers have been great so far! Would recommend Shawnee Kindercare coming from a first-time mom who was stressed out about daycare.”

“My husband and I looked into moving our son to the Primrose School at KU Medical Center when we were considering moving from North of the river to a downtown location -- a move that did not end up occurring. However, after meeting Shalin, one of the owners, and touring the facility and hearing about the curriculum practices and learning about the stringent Covid processes put in place during the pandemic, we felt in our hearts that Primrose was the school for our family and chose to still transfer our son, regardless of location convenience. Early childhood education is just too foundational to a child's development and we felt that Primrose was the fit to give our son the strongest possible foundation to grow from. And we have been proven right again and again.Weekly we are blown away by the attention to detail, level of professionalism and care that our son receives and support we feel as a family. It is apparent that the staff not only care for the kids and families, but that the staff are being cared for by the leaders and owners-- at Primrose people come first.We've watched our son's language skills blossom in the nine months he's been at Primrose. He's always been a bit of a social butterfly, but as he has fully embraced his "terrible two's" and struggles with big emotions (i.e. tantrums) the staff have helped him to learn how to redirect those feelings and communicate when he's upset, as opposed to just react and act out. And now we are entering the terrifyingly exciting time of potty training and are so grateful that the teachers at Primrose are taking the lead and guiding us through those muddy waters (pun fully intended) as well!Primrose has been a godsend for our whole family. Not only do we know our son is getting a strong developmental foundation to grow from with the guidance and care provided at Primrose, but we are given the support and guidance we need as parents -- because honestly it's kinda hard and overwhelming and it's really nice to know that there's someone out there who has seen it all and who is willing to offer a helping hand, a kind word and every now and then the really cool Hawaiian Ice truck in the parking lot on a hot afternoon that the parents are invited to come enjoy as well!Plus, having a fire station full of "wee-ooo, wee-ooo's", across the street is just about the coolest thing ever when you're 2.5 (and really as an adult too if we're being honest!). We love being a Primrose at KU family-- best decision ever.”
