“When I was born in 2007, Verus Bank (Now Citizens Bank Of KS) was in the process of either building or rebuilding their branch on Rock Road in Derby. My Grandparents James & Judi Sharp (Both Retired Now) used to run the Farm Bureau Extension Office in Derby Over on Osage RD, and I can recall always going to the bank with my grandpa to either put something into their account or to do something with the Farm Bureau Account. Even when the Merge of Verus Bank & Citizens Bank Happened, they still stayed with them because of not only the convenience of the location between the office and the branch, but the friendship they had with the chase family who owned Verus Bank who where clients of Farm Bureau when both my grandparents where working personally helped them with their personal and business accounts they have with Verus/CBK. Fast Forward 19 years later, I am super glad that I am a part of the CBK Family, they know how to put your money to work, and they know how to do things right the first time. To this day, both myself, James & Judi use Citizens Bank of Kansas for all our stuff and we could never be more thankful that we have a great bank that takes care of people in the communities of Derby, Wichita, Augusta, Winfield, El Dorado, Pretty Prairie, Medicine Lodge, & Kingman. They will help you out and go above and beyond if theirs a issue your having. We will be continuing to use Citizens Bank Of Kansas for all our stuff now and into the future.

“I have banked with Commerce with both business and personal accounts since 2016. I had to go into the branch in June under sad circumstances and was having a particularly bad. The representative, Adalaida, was so kind and patient with me. A few days later, I received a handwritten card from her letting me know she was thinking of me and that really made my day. I had only had three interactions with her before then. Her thoughtfulness was appreciated. Above and beyond service!”

“Good bye BoA.I just made a new account today after 18 years with Bank of America, with the strange random shutdowns of BoA customer accounts and random security blocks for no reasons it was time to change. Now to be fair BoA did have nice customer support, but the problem is the local Andover BoA for a while now will simply not answer their phones for whatever reason. And sometimes even during the day it looks like nobody is there. So I end up calling the main BoA number for any help and its a long process just to finally talk to someone. But when I called the Andover Intrust Bank the other day, within seconds I had a live person on the phone helping me...no long process and being put on hold etc just to talk to someone, what a nice change. And the woman who helped me was very nice and helpful and got my new account going in no time, excellent!”

“This bank, especially, the Andover, KS one, is beyond what I could have ever imagined! Every time I walk in there, they ALWAYS greet me by my first name! This is huge, considering I also use another big bank right across the street and hate every time I have to step foot in there. Simply, because they do not take customer service seriously like Emprise Bank does. Today, my wife and I needed something notarized and Brian (manager) took the time and made sure all our paperwork was right, AND then faxed it for us to the appropriate receiver.
