This young lady is so talented very multiple task type employee. She answered phone, enter data, cashiered, even assisted other techs. Then came the shots for the wife and I. Lon the Pharmacist was very professional, knowledgeable, and a great sense of humor. Didn't even feel the shot. It is so nice to see folks like Pharmacist Lon and pharmacy tech Bibi enjoying their profession.”

They will go as far as sending you to another pharmacy if u have known financial issues. The Customer is first! I give them all the buisness I can. Few people do buisness like this anymore. “I would like to First say I have a revolving prescription that is ready on the same day every month. I almost always call ahead to let the pharmacist know I'm on the way. That is exactly what I did on this day. Upon arriving @ 8:15 the pharmacist tech told me that my prescription was scheduled to be ready at 11:15 and I should come back then. When I arrived there was nobody in the Drive-Thru. I did not see anybody standing inside, I did not see the pharmacist tech help anybody else. I own two businesses and working on developing a third. I cannot imagine telling one of my clients they need to come back in 3 hours knowing that they live out of town and they called ahead because I am working on other clients orders that are not even present. I did not see another Soul in line I am the first and only person in line. After I got my prescription I pulled out to tend to my baby as i am sitting there she turns an elderly lady down to say she would have to come back. If that was my grandma I would want her to get her prescription and be home say before taffic gets heavy around the lunch time hour. To me this is unacceptable thankfully the pharmacists made sure that I got my prescription in a timely manner. So for that I will give five stars. However they need to work on that techs attitude as she was preety rude to the older lady.”

“Ken the pharmacist at this location is great. I have talked with him several times about the medicine that’s been prescribed to me as I’m an immediate metabolizer and have to be extra careful because of side effects. He always takes the time to explain how these drugs work and what to look for in regards to side effects. He even called another Walgreens location for me to check medication availability because they were out of stock.
He also gave my son a meningitis booster he needed for school. My son had no burning or pain with the injection.
He’s done an amazing job helping us manage our medical care.
I highly recommend this location as they always answer the phone, hold times are minimal, pre-authorization is sent quickly to physicians and prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. Excellent customer service.”

“Walgreens is a good constant for OTC meds you realized you needed. When picking up prescriptions I will scan for needed birthday cards needed that month. I get some of my hair care supplies there also. Always nice to to quickly cover a few aisles and be done rather than searching a huge box store going all over the place when I’m tired. There is always someone available to ask questions of. I appreciate the friendly service and their recognition of me being a repeat customer. Good for everyone.”

“I've been a customer here for almost my whole life, having grown up in Rose Hill. The service has always been amazing. You truly feel like family here. Sammie has helped me numerous times lately, and she is always friendly and attentive. When I come to fill a prescription, I'm usually sick and having a terrible time, but she always brightens my day with her positive attitude and amazing service. My elderly parents have also started utilizing the prescription delivery service and have been extremely pleased with that service as well. This is absolutely the best pharmacy you can find, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area.”
