“I scraped the side of my car backing out of the garage...hard to admit but true. I took it to Moore's and from the estimate to the after job pickup the whole experience was great. These people are friendly, professional and do a staggeringly good job of making your car look like you never had that senior moment at all. I wasn't surprised that they erased the evidence of my mistake, but I was really pleased that they went the extra mile and cleaned and polished my five year old car so that it looked like it did the day we bought it. Logan was kind and professional in helping me, and the owner even drove me home himself when I dropped it off. Great place! Highly recommend.”

“Corporate answering center had us booked for appointment in less than 24 hours after our first call. Our visit at Cummins in Park City KS started with a greeting by Casandra, the service manger, and a discussion of our problem. A code MIL “559”. Not the easist of problems to deal with. The mechanic, Josh, had it fully understood in a few hours. The quote for repairs was very reasonable. The entire job was finished by 2pm that same day. Our 2020 motorhome with the ILS9 ran perfectly, and we were ably to continue our cross country road trip that same afternoon.We are so pleased with their service and accommodation of our time frame. “Have always had great service and help when here. Yesterday there was a hiccup when I went in for a blinker bulb. Guy brought me the bulb(s) and I questioned the bulbs but he said they were correct. Got home. Wrong bulbs. Drive back to town (12 miles) and a different guy got me the correct bulbs. Original guy was there but seemed somewhat oblivious about it but the second guy was very prompt and apologized and I appreciated that. Overall, O'Reilly's is a great place and excellent staff. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐”
