“I was blown away by the level of service I received and the knowledge the employees had. Gary greeted me when I came in the door and GREG helped me sooo much!!!!! I was somewhat far from home and an engine light came on & then went off on my Ford Explorer. I stopped at the store to make sure everything was okay. There ended up being a squirrel nest under the hood and squirrels had eaten through part of my fuse box. Greg knew exactly what the problem was, what I needed and he even called Ford on my behalf to see if they had a replacement fuse box in stock. I am so grateful for the care and level of service I received. Thank you so much!!!!”

Harrison and his team went above and beyond to investigate all our concerns and correct them! When we returned from Texas to pick up our vehicle, everything was ready and they even arranged a place for us to get our oil changed for our long trip back.”

“I recently had my vehicle taken in due to being rear-ended. From the start, Sarah at the front desk made sure to get the check from the insurance taken care of and to let Zach know that I was ready for a walkaround to discuss the damages, the possibilities of hidden damages, and an estimated time frame of completion.
Zach and the team did a great job keeping in touch with me throughout the process, and Zach made sure to reach out to the insurance company to let them know about additional damages that needed to be repaired while I didn't have to worry about that either. Zach also made sure to do another walkaround with me after the repairs to make sure everything looked good.
Sarah was great about answering my questions when I called and very friendly and professional when assisting me in person. My vehicle is running better after the repairs, and they even finished a day ahead of time. Sarah also informed me that if I have any issues with the parts in the future, or even think I may have issues, to bring it back in to any Crash Champions as the new parts are under a lifetime warranty. Great customer service.”
