“I went in recently to get a new battery for my car and found they had the best price around. They will install your battery for free, but that's not the selling point. The staff is super helpful and kind. My battery terminals were very loose and while installing, the staff member explained how to replace them myself! Talk about service! He also noticed that Meineke on Santa Fe had left my intake disconnected and my filter box opened, potentially saving me from engine damage!! As a woman, it is always nice when I can walk into a parts shop and not be talked down to, and to have my questions answered without judgement. Super fast service, and though its farther than my usual shop I will be a regular from now on! 10/10”

“I normally go to O'Reilly for car parts and other automotive things; they have a great selection of parts, fluids, and tools, plus fast delivery of anything they don't have in-store.
This particular visit (Dec 22), I needed to fill the oil in my brother's car that has a small leak. I dropped the oil cap down in the engine bay where I couldn't see it, and I was in a dress shirt which made it hard to lay on the ground or reach into the bay to try to get it.
An employee named Edward came out during his break and offered to help. He grabbed a flashlight, looked around, got on the ground and tapped the oil cap off the undercarriage cover onto the ground, and layed on his back to reach under the car to grab it.
He had no obligation to do that, especially when it took 10 minutes of his break looking for the cap. He seems like a great employee”

“Loose battery nut. Gent fixed it, spent 15 minutes. No new battery needed. Tipped the guy $20.00 bucks. This is how you tip. Maybe a buck for coffee, donuts and Uber, door dash. This is real customer service!!!! Went to Autozone first. Closes at 8 pm. They were already closed. Guy said through windows. We're closing down. Showed my phone that said they were open, said cant do.”
