Talking about the details of the account, and discussing what to do about a stolen phone, the young woman spoken to was very professional with my frustration over the issue. I didn't get her name. I didn't know what to do and she led me in the right direction. Very good experience with me.

I have to pay an extra 4$. She decided to raise it a dollar on her own me to pay for my bill that's, spending time, gas and wear and tear on my car to pay the bill if I'm unable to pay with a card online.That lady is getting paid to stand there and take the extra 3$ on top of my bill without even a hint of a smile on her face.I Had call screener removed. I never signed up for it and I found out that I was being charged for it. She tried to say that I had to call customer service to have the cost of the $3 removed. No I don't. She admitted that she removed the app and the credit came with it. She tried getting an extra $3 out of me and I'm broke.

This place and every other boost store feels like I'm walking into somewhere going out of business. Like a ghost store, haunted store. Nothing to buy and no one to sell me anything. But at least i can afford to buy phones right out.

The girl in there was so rude. The carpet was folded up against the door and I tripped over it as soon as I walked in and I was holding my baby. That was not cool. She said for me to get my mask so I did. I told her maybe she can fix the rug while ai went out to get my mask. She said nothing was wrong with the rug. I said I just tripped over it when I walked in. There is something wrong with it. She told me not to return. I said I was fine with that. After I put my daughter in the car I went to the front door and grabbed the rug and threw it and said now you have to fix it and I left. I will go to the Boost Mobile store farther away from my place instead of there.

My phone hasn't had any service recently. Missing calls from people I can see making the call. Missed text messages or text showing up days late. I go in to talk to the lady and she tells me I have a virus from the games on my phone literal seconds after unlocking the phone. Two games, which I've had on several different phones with different providers. Never caused a probably with them. Then she tells me it's my email. Which I've had almost my whole life and that I need a new one. Switch to cricket with the same phone. Problems gone. Terrible service and lied to.

No one at counter or when walked in to store. Stood for 10 minutes waiting, door to backroom was closed whole time. NO person

Out of all the Boost stores around KC, my experience and overall satisfaction with this store far exceeds any other BOOST store around and well worth the extra time it takes going into the store rather than dealing with the horrible customer service call center reps.
