Anya (Ahna) did a great job of helping me transfer a phone after the 87th st boost near Farley gave me the worst experience ever trying to buy a phone. She came thru and saved the day and was extra helpful and did a wonderful job communicating with me on how she can help and was straight forward and positive.

Although it took us 3 days to get a new phone, Durrell's customer service was EXCELLENT (5-STAR) for me personally and all the other folks he was assisting at the same time.
