“Tried to deposit 30 bills into the ATM around 8.30pm on 12/30/2024 and one bill got returned with a message that either the deposit exceeded the limit or the bill is not right (not exact message but similar). I took the returned bill and inspected to see if there are any folded corners waiting for the ATM to show the deposited 29 bills but instead I got a message if I want to do another transaction or not. I selected 'NO' and I saw a 'TRANSACTION CANCELLED' message and no receipt was returned. I immediately checked my balance on the mobile app and I did not see the deposited amount. I called the bank but found the call center to be closed at 7pm and so does the live chat. I inserted the ATM card again, did a balance inquiry and still don't see the deposit. I withdrew $100 and I was able to. I then tried for another deposit transaction but deposite was disabled and I was not able to do it. I will have to go to the bank tomorrow morning to see what is wrong but it would have been better if there is a number to call and speak to a representative for ATM issues on the ATM itself if the ATM is open to record such issues immediately. Unfortunately, i have to wait until the next day to report this ATM malfunction, this is the reason of me reporting it here.
UPDATE: I called the customer service on 12/31/2024 and was told that the ATM machine will be serviced on 1/2/2025 and this issue would be resolved. I checked my balance on 1/2/25 and I see my deposit in the account! Relieved!!! Thanks a lot to the customer service!”
