The girl at the front was very helpful in making sure i got everything i needed, especially cause i dont know much about cars. Even the manager himself explained some of the situations to me. They were very time efficient & costly.

Firestone's customer service is usually 5-star, but this time, they disappointed in a big way. I like to make an early morning appointment well in advance so that I can pick up my car the same day. The last time I was there, I dropped off my car the evening before my appointment and expected to receive a call early the next afternoon, telling me that it was finished. However, when I went to the shop at 5:00 (they close at 6:00), the work hadn't been started "because I wasn't waiting." They rushed to make the repair while I waited, and it was finished just before 6:00. By the time I was out the door, the inside rep and one shop person were the only ones there. I started the car and the engine light was on and never went off, so I went back inside. The shop person came out and looked under the hood but couldn't find a reason for the light - so I had to come back the next day. They had not reconnected a hose properly - as happens when one does a job in a rush. At least they apologized for the inconvenience. But what about next time?

Took my car here twice and they replaced my spark plugs and one of my ignition coils and a different ignition coil the next time. Not even two months after each repair, my car was doing the same thing as before. Got charged a hefty amount for both repairs. Now I got my car getting repaired at a Toyota dealership. I wouldn’t recommend going here.

I felt like the scheduling process (over the phone) was very easy. The person I spoke to was polite and knowledgeable. The visit itself was fast. I felt like the man who helped me check out was respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. It positively impacted my experience. I am likely to seek out this particular Firestone for my future car needs.

Decent place to go for tires or alignment. I got my oil changed last time and they didn’t reset the oil life monitor. The next time I change my oil I had to use a breaker bar to get the plug loose.

Had an appointment and they still took quite awhile to get the car done. They did make sure I got my car even though it was closing time.

Sarah (Mgr/Service Writer) was the ABSOLUTE best! On my way to the airport, I ran into an emergency flat tire. Seeing how busy their bays were, Sarah, was creative in flexing me in and getting me back on the road!
One million percent recommend Sarah and her team for all your automotive and rubber repair needs!

The guys at Firestone are very nice every time I go there to get air in my tires. They don’t have a problem with helping even when they’re working on another vehicle. I got a tire fixed and replaced their recently he did a great job just one thing he forgot to put my tire cap back on, and I had to go back to get it put on, but other than that great experience.

Additional fees were charged above and beyond price that was originally provided when I purchased tires online and had them installed at this store. Work was completed in time as prescribed but was not happy about the additional $103.00 charge for labor.

I got an oil change, fuel clean, new set of tired, cabin air filter replacement, and engine air filter replacement. You're talking nearly a $1700 bill. First, they didn't reset any of the alerts in my truck. So instantly it said that my oil was still at 8%, that I still needed the filters done. How do I even know they were really done now? Nothing was changed. Then come to find they left a pair of pliers UNDER my hood (I heard a rattling on the way home, thank goodness I checked under the hood, could have caused some real damage to me, or a car behind me on the highway). Then the real kicker is they BROKE the cover on my cabin filter (They are the ONLY ones that have ever serviced that on my truck, so it didn't break itself) - and they slapped a piece of tape on it to hide their mistake. Complete joke of a place. Avoid at all costs. I will never be back. Oh, I was also told my new tired included alignment. Nope, sure doesnt. Joke, such a joke.

I had a starting issue with my car that had my car unusable at a moments notice. I was able to get it jumped to get over to the store, worked on, and fixed in about an hour!
I appreciate the ability for the store to get me in quickly, diagnose & fix the issue so I could get on with my work day!
