This was my first visit to this business. I was very impressed by their efficiency, comprehensive evaluation of my truck and friendliness. They treated me with respect and did an outstanding job on the assessment of my vehicle. I will definitely be using them again.

I always go to this place for my 2 cars’ oil change. They are very reasonable in price and have highly skilled staff. Also they have nice waiting room with light refreshments.I would highly recommend New Concept Auto Service.

I was a new customer. I had always dealt with the dealership before for all of my cars. I have two Subarus, one is my daughters.It's a high mileage vehicle but it's safe for her and that's what I wanted to make certain that it stayed that way. They walked me through not only the process but the shop. They made certain that her car was safe.They understood my concerns, and not only did they fix my cars but they won my trust.

My overall experience wasn't good. They fixed 1 of my 3 issues. The ac/heat now works, so that was good. Also, they were very kind. But what they wanted to charge me for brakes and air filters was insane. A little over $1,400. My main issue of the steering being difficult to turn wasn't checked because I refused to have the brakes done, and now it's actually worsened. I was able to get a much more reasonable estimate elsewhere but now, unfortunately, my car is out of the warranty, and the main issue wasn't fixed, so I'm stuck with the steering issues at the moment. But as I said, they did fix the ac/heat, so at least I can use the ac to cool me down after sweating from fighting with the steering wheel. ?

Super friendly and greeted my kids with snacks while we waited on an oil change. It was almost nap time for my daughter and one of the ladies even brought in paper and markers for my toddlers to color. ❤️ Oil change took about 45 mins

The manager explained what they did and found. Was not rushing me to get the issue fixed right then. He was professional and knowledgeable and pleasant. I felt I could trust them with my car.

Okay for oil changes I guess but not bigger jobs. quoted me over $1,100 for new brakes and rotors... A $4-500 dollar job max .... Not sure if they just didn't want to do it or just trying to price gouge. I went somewhere else for brakes.
