They were able to prep the copy machines beforehand to minimize business disruption during installation. “I have used the print department numerous times to bind notebooks for our homeschool that I have purchased and printed myself. This time my order was bound incorrectly and the store called to explain the situation. Without being asked, the store manager then proceeded to purchase the digital file himself so they could reprint and rebind according to how I wanted. That was not a cheap digital file. When I went to pick up the order they did not charge me for the binding either. This is top notch customer service which is extremely hard to find these days! Use the print department!!!”
