“Just checked in today, didnt have to talk to anybody because of all the information given upon purchasing the unit online. Very clean, hard to find on your own first time because there's units outside and inside each block but I found it within a couple minutes. Climate control is great, ease of access. Perks that they rent parking spots as well. So far good experience. I wish they had dolleys or hand carts available but they dont so remember to bring one!”
“I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the office. The manager and the assistant manager made sure all my questions were answered. I was embarrassed the way I was dressed. I just wanted breakfast. I seen the storage units from the road as I went to breakfast. While I was eating I called and they had a unit I was interested in. Well I'm a customer now. Thumbs up!”
“RecNation made the transition from the previous company seamless and easy. We have been with the previous company for a few years prior to RecNation acquiring the property. We have actually been there since it was Jayhawk Storage, then BestLife, and now RecNation. They made the switch over process so easy, and has since made several upgrades to the property, their services, as well as their processes. Also, being able to get my trailer serviced on property is such a convenience and the staff and management is great! 5 out of 5....would recommend!”
