“5/5 stars for Jamie - she was my saving grace for finding a MOH dress! She was very patient with me and listened to everything I said. She checked every dress before I tried it on to make sure I could get it in the color and by the time of the wedding.
2/5 on my experience before finding Jamie. I could only find my size or a close size in 3 dresses. All the others were size 4 or size 18. Need more size options… very defeating! This was my 4th time coming into David’s bridal to find a dress. The first time the lady had me and all the bridesmaids in different fabrics resulting in half us needing to change our dresses. Providing dresses that didn’t come in the fabric or color even after telling her the color and fabric chosen. The second time the lady was the rudest person and didn’t listen to what I wanted at all. I left very defeated and she had me get the completely wrong size. She made me not want to buy from you at all! The 3rd time I was brought a dress and fell in love to find out it didn’t come in the color. They should really check that before having you try on a dress.”
“1 year ago I came in with severe plantar fasciitis. I was barely able to walk because of how much my feet hurt. I was helped and offered a 3 part system with an extra strengthener. Just a heads up, it is not cheap (I was able to use HSA & CareCredit) but very worth it. Within a week my right foot quit hurting. My left foot took longer but it was worse than the right. After a month to two months, my left foot quit hurting and I was able to get back to running. I have been able to go in and swap out my insoles as soon as they start showing wear and tear.
My 8 year old daughter has Cerebral Palsy and has been in insoles her whole life. She has hated her insoles because they were foam. I spoke with Kaylee about our situation and mentioned that I do not need all 4 pairs of insoles. She said I would need to bring my daughter back in to do a fitting, but I could gift her some of my insoles to my daughter.
We came back in and the manager David was there. We explained to him our situation and he was immediately understanding. He was very kind to my daughter and helped her fit the new insoles into her shoes.

“They often have some great finds from really high quality brands. I like going here to find new treasures. My only negative is that they don’t have as many options in the smaller sizes so there are fewer items for me to choose from. Other than that, they are great.”

The level of detail they provide for their customers is great. Sure the products are expensive, and if your on the fence about it try their shoes first, which i think is their bread and butter. They will try to assist ya if the shoe encounters a problem years down the road. I don't think a lot of companies would do that.”

“I ordered three kilts and various accessories for my wedding. I had a great experience. I placed my order in January if I remember correctly, for a June wedding, and I received the kilts today in March. I think that's a pretty quick turnaround for fully custom garments using imported fabric. They were also very communicative during the process of sending measurements back and forth and they made sure we were getting kilts that would fit right. I highly recommend J Higgins and if I need another kilt someday I will be ordering from them again.”

“My daughter's original dress was delayed and didn't get here in time so it was a very stressful situation and I can't stress enough how amazing Janet and the other employee at this location were. They were so helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to help us and make sure we were able to find what we needed. Janet is absolutely such an asset to the company with how she handles and helps customers. They both were so amazing and we can't thank them enough. It’s hard to buy steel toes in women’s sizes but they had no shortage or selection. Customer service was above and beyond!”

“I come all the way from Spring Hill and E Edwards has the best selection for all type of work gear and the boots . There whole staff provides great customer service. Rudy usually helps me out , he’s a very smart individual and he knows all about the product / boot . I highly suggest shopping here . It’s worth the drive !”
“They had a pretty good selection of clothes. The prices were ok and they had some sales going on which seems to be the norm. We weren't bothered as we browsed around the store either. Sometimes when your at a place in the mall the sales people are on you like a hawk, but not this place. They just left us alone until we had a question. When we did have a question about the product they were quick to respond with the best of answers. They seemed very friendly and knowledgeable about the products that they were carrying. I still think that this place is one of the most popular places to go for this kind of shopping. I can honestly say that you won't be dissatisfied with your own trip to this location. We now have added this place to our own little list of must visit shops.”

“I love this indoor mall! Indoor malls are struggling to stay alive which I don't know why because seriously the convenience of indoor malls are awesome! They even have like car buggies you can rent for your little to ride in and somewhere to put your bags. That is the one thing that has always sucked about a shopping mall is carrying all your crap around and not just running to your car to drop them off cause you parked on the other side. But they fixed that! Shoot even if I didn't have a little I'd still roll that buggy! I love that it has a Nordys, a Barnes & Noble, Disney Store, and so many other great stores. It's not like some malls that are struggling so bad that they will rent out to anyone. So the store is bare and has a sheet up for their back room and the items are straight off the shelves of a sweatshop. I hope they can continue to maintain. I do know Black Friday was hopping this past year. That's always a good sign!”

I’ve always loved shopping at White House Black Market in Oak Park Mall. Every visit is consistently amazing. Maureen and Lory are always so friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure I find exactly what I’m looking for. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond makes such a difference.
I also want to highlight Cherie, the manager. She sets the tone for the entire store. She is professional, kind, and always makes me feel welcomed. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and her team, and it shows in every interaction.
I’ll continue returning to this location specifically because of Cherie and her team. They make the shopping experience outstanding every single time.”
“I’m here to brag on Daniel! We popped in on a wimb and Daniel greeted us quickly, asked what we were in shopping for and helped us pick out a pair of cozy crocs for my Mom. Super nice kid. The store was clean with a wide selection of options. Nice to have a store so we can try things on!”

I asked for help finding shoes with soles that would wear well on sidewalks. The associate at the register was knowledgeable and immediately pointed me to 3 brands in a nearby aisle. A few minutes later I asked her to repeat advice about gray boxes for more stylish shoes (not the comfort I was looking for). She answered kindly. Again as I checked out some time later she was pleasant, fast, and efficient.
Some selections had a limited number of sizes on the racks. Announcements over the speakers promised that missing sizes could be shipped without a fee.”
