“Tim and Gail at Edgar’s were terrific during the process of having to replace my transmission in my 2017 GMC Acadia Denali!! I took my SUV to Edgar’s to have them check my transmission and was told that it needed replaced and Tim recommended a remanufactured transmission. I told Gail that I had an extended warranty and was told that Tim handles the warranty claims. My warranty company had Tim running through hoops trying to not approve my claim!! Tim persevered through all of the requests from my warranty company and finally my claim was approved!!! I know there’s not another transmission garage that would have done all of the stuff that Tim did to get my claim approved!! I will tell everyone this that really sold me on Edgar’s while Tim was going through the process of dealing with the warranty issues he told me that he didn’t work for the warranty company he worked for me!! Edgar’s is truly about servicing the customer and their experience and professionalism showed in how they dealt with the warranty company and myself!! I now have a remanufactured transmission and a 3 year 100,000 mile warranty because of Edgar’s experience and dedication to customer service! If you’re looking for a transmission garage then look no further than Edgar’s!!!
This is part 2 - The transmission that Edgar’s put in my Acadia was having issues and I took it back to Edgar’s and after Tim checked it out and determined that it was a faulty transmission. They called me and said that the transmission was faulty and they would get another remanufactured transmission and it would be at no charge to me!! I appreciate that Edgar’s stood behind the warranty and that they deal with suppliers that also stand behind their warranty! I can’t say enough about how Edgar’s truly goes out of their way to serve their customers!!! Again if you need transmission work this is the place to go!!!!”

I took it in and worked with Jose, Angel, and Hector, each of them are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They diagnosed the problem pretty quickly, explained everything to me clearly, and handled the repair in a really reasonable time frame. You can tell they know what they’re doing and take pride in their work.

He also did a few odds and ends things that helped her run even better than before. I HIGHLY recommend anyone with a classic car that needs work done to give this spot a call.”
