“New Concept is the best auto repair shop I have ever been to. I've been to shops in 3 different states and this is still the best one. They drove me from my house to the shop and then back home free of charge 3 times and even stayed late at work to accommodate me on a Friday night. My truck was in rough shape when it got there and now it runs like new! I was treated with complete respect by everyone there the whole 1.5 weeks we were in contact. They did not take advantage of me and did everything they said they would correctly the 1st time and charged me fairly. They even set me up with a beyond excellent warranty for the truck and all the work they did to make sure my dog and I had a safe trip driving across the country. This is the 3rd shop I got estimates from and I'm glad I chose them after not letting the first 2 shops work on it.
