“High quality truck every time! This is our third time using Penske. I usually get a newer truck, but this time got like a brand new one! (about 16,000 miles) The price is usually as good or close to U-Haul, but higher quality truck. The decks of the cargo bays have been higher than the U-Hauls I've rented. So, depending on your priorities, there might be a tradeoff there.”

“I rated this location 1 star a year ago but am now changing to 5 stars.A U-Haul-owned company location told us to go here for after hours service because we were told it is a "24/7 operated 3rd party U-Haul property" and was the only chance we had at getting to our new destination. Our health was in a very awful state due to mold exposure at this time, so, I was personally upset at this specific company/location for not being open when we ultimately ended up stranded by our transportation that was the $70 Uber ride over to this location around 11pm on a FREEZING windy winter night. Property lights were dim and office was clearly closed, I called the office number repeatedly for any chance of figuring out how to obtain the key pickup for our "after hours" u-haul but it became clear that they were completely closed. This property is not at any fault for this happening to us but to the U-Haul company in Lawrence, KS for telling us false information on this specific property and that is why I am changing my rating because it seems like a great place to do business with. Sorry that someone else's words of hope to us made me think negative of y'all ❤️”
