Save yourself the time and go to another branch. Self service is broken most of the time as is their package box.

All of the employees are very nice and helpful at this location. I came in early for my passport appointment and another employee generously offered to help look over my documents before the appointment. It is also a newer location, so they have automated doors. It’s not revolutionary, but still very nice.
