“My experiences with customer service have been mixed over the 18 years I have been utilizing this location. Most employees have been polite and helpful, but none compare to Amarian. I'm always pleased when I walk in and he is at the counter. He consistently offers kind, patient, courteous, helpful service every single time. For my sake I hope that Amarian will work there for many years!”

“I got my passport here a few years ago and now was able to ship internationally for as little as $25 whereas UPS across the street was going to charge me $500+. It’s insane the difference for the same service. Maybe UPS isn’t internationally friendly. This store is close to my work place and such a good convenience.”

The woman I didn't get her name sorry I should have gotten it but she helped me so much she helped me open the doors when I was leaving she helped me carry my packages around she helped me get boxes for him the products that I was selling and then she's did all the work of putting the boxes together and packing the stuff I was selling. Excellent excellent excellent customer service if you can identify the lady that was working at that time this shift please give her a raise!”
