The staff here is great! There is often a long line but they're fast and will solve problems.

I asked them to help track a package that got rerouted frim KC to Chicago. The sup tracked it down, fixed a bar code issue with someone in Chicago, then called next day with an update. 👏

I usually dread going to the post office because of bad customer experiences in the past, but clerk #3 that helped me today was so kind & helpful with me and everyone in front of me. Wish I would've gotten her name, but I'll definitely plan on returning to this location in the future if I'm in the area!
