“Dr. Banks was great, very informative explained and answered all the questions I had. Never made me feel rushed, even took the time to go above and beyond to get different prices for multiple different medication options. Gave me choices on different treatment plans. Took the time to spilt the pills to the dosage I needed, and even gave Baxter the first dose of all the meds we were being sent home with right there in clinic! Our family has been with Companion since Baxter was 7 weeks old. Dr. Esau saved Baxter's life with surgery, and was strictly to the point no sugar coating of next steps for life or death which I absolutely appreciated. He and the staff have always been so friendly and helpful. We had taken my younger pup in after the practice had sold many months ago and seen another provider. That visit overall wasn't the best experience, and we honestly had been looking to switch vets. I only called Companion this day because we have been established and I over reacted and needed to get Baxter in that day. Seeing Dr. Banks and the great experience we had in her care has our family choosing to stay with Companion. Overall 10/10 experience with this past visit!”

My dog is anxious at the vet but the fear free protocols helped him feel comfortable and he even let them check in his mouth and take his heart rate which he doesn’t often let a new vet do. “I've been bringing my two dogs here for the past 3 months or so. One of my dogs suddenly got very sick and they've been so wonderful in helping us help him.
All of the vets have been super sweet and have been patient with my reactive dog(he doesn't like strangers very much).
All in all, I would trust these guys to take care of any animal you bring their way!”

“Took our granddogs to get groomed & 1 vaccine expired yesterday, mind you it was a Sunday. We don't ever get our vaccines early. Drove 40 minutes to get there. Seemed as if they know when we came in it was expired. No phone call, had no where to take the dogs as arrangements were made around the dogs getting dropped off. Very unhappy, looked like it was because they really didn't want to work today. Very rude & unprofessional. 0 for customer service. Had our other dog to drop off as well but due to the way we were treated we didn't feel comfortable leaving him there. I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE!”

“I had an unfortunate life situation that left me needing a boarding solution for my cat Monster (who is the sweetest boy despite his name). Such great care was given to him and it offered me relief that I needed in the situation. I got calls and texts with updates and I was able to swing by and check-in to see him when I wanted to.
