“Dr Mountain can make house calls on Tuesdays and although she has not been the vet for my dog I got an appointment suggested by my own vet, because he was in a bad way and I couldn't pick him up without him crying. She gave me good advice on his care and recommended a way to pick him up without hurting him. My heart had been hurting but now I feel better too.”

“Took our granddogs to get groomed & 1 vaccine expired yesterday, mind you it was a Sunday. We don't ever get our vaccines early. Drove 40 minutes to get there. Seemed as if they know when we came in it was expired. No phone call, had no where to take the dogs as arrangements were made around the dogs getting dropped off. Very unhappy, looked like it was because they really didn't want to work today. Very rude & unprofessional. 0 for customer service. Had our other dog to drop off as well but due to the way we were treated we didn't feel comfortable leaving him there. I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE!”
“I adopted a dog and found out two days later that she was already pregnant. Ten days later she delivered four puppies. I had never experienced this before. I had so many questions about what and how to do things. Dr. Fouse and her staff were very helpful as we navigated through being puppy parents. We have taken many dogs to Shawnee Animal Hospital over the years. We have always had great service with reasonable prices. We will continue to take our dogs to Dr. Fouse.”
