“This is not an actual lodge but an improved shelter house. It is air conditioned and has a nice, large kitchen that has a large windows where you can have a serving line. There is a refrigerator and stove. There are plastic folding tables and chairs available and a large seating area. Everything on the inside is clean.There is a large parking area in front. There is a basketball goal in the parking lot. Across the street and down toward the lake, there is a large playground and a large field.At the back of the shelter house is a sheltered porch area and a large two sided barbecue grill. There is a large field for guests and beyond that is the lake.I assume you need to call Shawnee County Parks and Rec to rent this facility.”

“I've never had a bad stay at a Holiday Inn. It's nothing fancy, but it's clean, quiet, and the location is great. Plenty near by. Easy access. Quick check in, and the breakfast was surprisingly good.”

“Best place to dance! The floor is absolutely amazing! The acoustics are out of this world! Accomidations are wonderful. Tables, chairs, use of kitchen... Restrooms are great. Well kept.. lots of parking. Would recommend Croco Hall for any event!”
