“Professional, courteous, and exactly what we needed. College Hill Offices provided the right space for our team to grow, complete with great amenities like a conference room. Everything was handled promptly and smoothly — highly recommend.””
“This is not an actual lodge but an improved shelter house. It is air conditioned and has a nice, large kitchen that has a large windows where you can have a serving line. There is a refrigerator and stove. There are plastic folding tables and chairs available and a large seating area. Everything on the inside is clean.There is a large parking area in front. There is a basketball goal in the parking lot. Across the street and down toward the lake, there is a large playground and a large field.At the back of the shelter house is a sheltered porch area and a large two sided barbecue grill. There is a large field for guests and beyond that is the lake.I assume you need to call Shawnee County Parks and Rec to rent this facility.”
“This was the perfect venue for us. We were able to stay in the attached house and had enough time to set up and put things away. Katie was also great to work with and super easy going throughout both planning and the wedding.”

“Stayed for one night on business, arrived after 8pm. Wish I would have had more time, the hotel was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was spacious and very nice. Big fan of wide hallways and layout of my room. Furniture and decor was really cool. A great alternative to the cookie-cutter hotels I am used to staying at for work. The bar/restaurant area seemed really nice, I wish I would have been there long enough to try it out. Only minor inconvenience was with the parking garage. A bit of a journey to park and get back to the hotel, but the front desk person fully explained everything and I chose to go ahead and use the garage. Street parking is available and would be much more convenient for multiple trips in and out. On the plus side, I got my steps in! Would highly recommend if you are working in the area and need a place to stay and would also be a great vacation spot that offers a unique experience.”
“The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good. I just wish it had some fresh fruit. Other than that, everything was very accommodating. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool!”

“We square dance on this beautiful wooden floor once or twice a week. Depending on many things. We had our wedding reception there with a great square dance caller who was not only a great DJ. And that is Mike Salerno. It is a reasonable place for a large event.However, they are very careful as to how they rent it.Because they want it well cared for and it is. Sept. 2025”
