Terrible. Speeds are less than HALF of what I am paying for. BIG RIPOFF. This isnt just me it is citywide from talking on Ring and Facebook. Save yourself the headache, go with someone else.

Long, long wait even with appointment. Can NOT reach anyone by phone ever. On the good side—if and/or when you get to a rep, they are fantastic. They are knowledgeable, friendly, patient.

You can't even get a hold of these people. I have tried to call 3 times and I get sent in circles with an automated service. Terrible.
