I can't see so I pointed to a number in my text, the person at the desk refused to look where I was looking which forced me to need assistance from a random person in the lobby. Not very helpful

A little more expensive, internet,phone TV provider than some but so far ok product. Had one interaction w sales provider that was quick and solved my problem easily.

Poor customer service on billing changes. Called on line service and was told it should have been taken care of by them.
