Upon further investigation he figured out the problem and instead of changing parts out like I thought we’d have to do, ended up saving me money by being honest and transparent. “I stopped in here to purchase Air Pods while in Topeka for 12 days. I had a short wait, but it was worth it. I was able to get my pods quickly, and was helped by Elijah. Elijah was super friendly, knowledgeable, and is definitely an asset to T-Mobile. If ever in Topeka again, and I need something from T-Mobile, I'll definitely go out of my way to go to this store again. NOTE: I was previously at the store at 3000 SW Topeka Blvd and was not impressed with their service or friendliness. And, they didn't have what I was looking for.”

“My car got stolen along with my phone. I arrived at Cricket to get things taken care of and the two ladies that were working (KAREN & CYNTHIA) went above and beyond to help me and treated me like family!!!! They helped show me how to locate my device using Google and Samsung. They were able to patiently answer every single question I had and worked with me to set up my new phone. THERE IS NO WAY they could have done better, been more knowledgable, or more kind!!! Karen and Cynthia are two star emloyees that deserve the recognition!!!! and a pay raise!!! They were trying to help in the beginning, and then told me that they had done all they could. I met Maddie, a representative from the store. She was able to fix the problem, and had everything resolved plus got me a discount. I really appreciate what she did.”

“Tara and Cory helped me out w/my iPhone 15, I couldn't get my phone/Apps to work unless I was around WiFi, Tara helped me and thought it might be a quick fix but it wasn't-she asked Cory to help me because she was with another customer. Cory tried several things and then finally called to get more help. After looking at our family plan mine was the only one that didn't have a data plan-Cory got me all fixed up and my phone works great now!”
