Getting in a wreck and needing a tow makes for a terrible day. But Shawn/Sean's genuine kindness really helped!! I was also very surprised that the cost was much lower than I anticipated. If I ever need help again, I will definitely return to Elite.

I made it halfway home(4 hrs away from home) with my toddler and daughter before I broke down at a gas station. Sean was SOOOO nice and wonderful with the kids! He helped out so much, more than he knows. Highly recommend this company!

Donnie showed up in about 20 minutes. Had our van loaded and ready to go with in 15 minutes. He is a very friendly driver and easy to talk to. Not his first rodeo. I'll use them again in a heart beat. They are in our phone contacts now.
