The receptionist that answered my call about my daughters tire was extremely professional and caring.
The Lugnuts on my daughters tire were over torqued last time it was there a few months ago. Which none of the service technicians that came to try to change the tire were able to get it off because of that.
I didn’t know what to do which is why I reached out to them since that’s where my daughters car was last. They kindly sent one of their guys where my daughters car was to get the lug nuts off. Matt was God sent he came out of his way 30mins before Harold’s closed to do this for my daughter at no charge.

“October 2025 a spike buck tried to Bo duke across my windshield- but only accomplished busting my windshield, dented the hood, and driver side door, ripped off the side mirror and kicked the headlight. I picked McAbee bc the reviews were good and were prefered by my insurance. They did a fantastic job, everything on my car is exactly as it should be and 6 months later I haven’t found anything to complain about. Appreciate their attention to detail and working with my insurance to get the right parts.”

“I highly recommend! Curt and his team were wonderful. We were on a road trip this summer and needed to replace the catalytic converter on our van. They did excellent work in a very timely fashion and reasonably priced. Curt explained everything very clearly, Write out detailed explanations for our home mechanics and even gave me a ride to the shop so I didn’t have to walk through to city to pick up the van. It drove perfectly on the 10 hour drive back to NM! We really appreciated his communication and workmanship.”

I brought my dad with me and Cap City Nissan made it a very smooth process and it is obvious they really care about their customers and the service they provide. I traded in my ford fusion for my "mom car" and got a 2019 Nissan Kicks S. I love it! I could not thank Ermir and Tony enough for the great service they provided. “The manager went out of his way to help me with a warranty claim on a defective tire that was NOT bought from them. My son bought 4 tires from another shop in Topeka. One of the tires were defective within three weeks the tire just like blew up going down the highway and the front and back of the tire separated from the beads and left the beads on the rim.
Brian went out of his way to assist us in getting this tire fixed in a very fast turnaround time, even with the fourth of July weekend we had the tire back by Tuesday. Thank you for everything!

“Midwest handled an insurance issue with leadership and integrity. The insurance company sent the work order as a non OEM part, Midwest installed it, but it interferred with auto lane systems on my vehicle. Midwest guided me to the right phone number to call insurance to get the OEM part to fix it properly. Midwest installed the 2nd windshield and it worked perfectly. I'd recommend Alex and his team to anyone wanting good quality glass work done. 5 stars!”

“Our experience with Aristocrat Motors/ BMW of Topeka was stellar from start to finish. We had a garage fire in August and needed a commuter vehicle quickly with no haggle pricing. Colton was incredible with the inventory he suggested and sent over for us to compare interests. He went out of his way to stay late for us to come drive the Jetta we eventually purchased and made the whole experience fantastic.
