“I will always highly recommend Harold’s not only are they reasonable but they are reliable and they are locally owned.
The receptionist that answered my call about my daughters tire was extremely professional and caring.
The Lugnuts on my daughters tire were over torqued last time it was there a few months ago. Which none of the service technicians that came to try to change the tire were able to get it off because of that.
I didn’t know what to do which is why I reached out to them since that’s where my daughters car was last. They kindly sent one of their guys where my daughters car was to get the lug nuts off. Matt was God sent he came out of his way 30mins before Harold’s closed to do this for my daughter at no charge.
This shows how much they value their customers! We are truly grateful!”

“I’ve used Automotion for over 30 years. They are courteous, thorough and competitive in prices. I had issues with ignition coils for a few months recently but they stood behind their work and replaced all 4 coils at the same time. No cost to me! I am very happy with their service!”

“The manager went out of his way to help me with a warranty claim on a defective tire that was NOT bought from them. My son bought 4 tires from another shop in Topeka. One of the tires were defective within three weeks the tire just like blew up going down the highway and the front and back of the tire separated from the beads and left the beads on the rim.
Brian went out of his way to assist us in getting this tire fixed in a very fast turnaround time, even with the fourth of July weekend we had the tire back by Tuesday. Thank you for everything!

I pulled into this Jiffy lube hoping it wouldn't cost much to get my tire brought up to the proper psi. They directed me in, aired my tires, and didn't charge me. I was in and out in under 5 minutes and they were so friendly too!”

Rick diagnosed the issue on a holiday weekend and gave us a reasonable estimate for the repairs including letting me know what additional services may be required. I'd say they went above and beyond in their customer service. If I ever have to get another transmission repaired, I'd come here if i can.”
“My car was acting up real bad. Check engine light was on and I ran the codes and had some cylinders miss firing. Turns out I needed new fuel injectors and spark plugs. Called these guys up they told me to come on down and we will figure it out. They took care of me and had my car running the next day for work. The owner was super nice, old dude who you could tell he knew his stuff. Worked late to get my car done. Shop was older than me and he’s been working on cars his whole life.
