“OTR Driver here. Delivered here. Overall the people are friendly and unloading is good. Now for the Not so good, this location has extremely tight docking for a semi w/sleeper/53ft. Trailer. There is one large pot hole at the rear driveway around bldg to dock that would be good if it was repaired(see photo). You enter at the 2nd entrance, tandems slid farthest forward,slide them to the rear when you get positioned at dock. The entry around the bldg to dock and getting docked has multiple obstacles like utility poles, trash dumpster, lolly post,etc. A blindsided back and plenty of G.O.A.L and maneuvering is the order of the day/night here. Also check your appointment time because they will get dual shipment same morning/day and you'll want to not back to dock n be in way, I was given misinfo on no one being before me, well that proved otherwise..lol...anyways the folks here worked it out on getting me unloaded, and I was able to help another driver get backed in/depart also. Both docking and departing from the dock are both challenges, it just very tight, but doable. Thus photos/vid.for drivers. I give the store 4 stars, but the docking access a 1/zero. ovnp yes on side entry of truck entrance is best.”

“We were getting a new puppy and didn't have time to drive to the nearest Tractor Supply store an hour away. I got online and ordered the kibble. It was delivered in 2 days. Easy peasy. We have bought Tractor Supply's 4Health dog food for over 14 years!!!”

“Normally I have no issues with finding what I need on this visit however I couldn't find the item and I looked for some help from an employee. Eventually I found one who gave me wrong info and I ended up leaving empty handed then found out they did have the item I was looking for after all. Had someone else go back the next day and they found the item. No big issue it just took 2 trips. Otherwise I'm happy with Home Depot.”

“Good priducts. Could not fine the sku for the dryer that matches my washer. Finally had to upgrade a level. The rest of my shopping I could not complete because of my time trying to buy my washer dryer but will go back. More to purchase and they are having a store wide sale”

“Been to his location several times and usually have good service and people are super helpful. Definitely prefer Lowe’s over Home Depot for quality of products!I do want to note that my past two experiences have been awful here, so I don’t know if management is going downhill or what. I came in to get another gallon of paint to finish my daughter’s room. Stood at the counter in the Paint section for a solid 4-5 minutes with an employee on a ladder within eye view looking over at me several times, without any acknowledgment.I eventually went to the customer service desk and asked if anyone was working in paint today; to which they confirmed and called for help right away. Super nice ladies! Turns out, the guy that looked at me several times but decided not to acknowledge me was Julian, the employee working in the paint department. *Face Palm* Why come to work if you don’t want to help customers…?Still giving 4 stars overall, because I have been a customer for a while and don’t consistently have poor experiences like this. I want to complement the ladies in customer service who were very on top of things getting me assistance, and also Jennifer who engaged with me in self checkout. She was so sweet and friendly! Thank you to these ladies for making up for what would have been a really disappointing experience!”
