“We have been bringing our pets here since we moved into the neighbor in 2003. Dr. Terry and her staff are amazing. When old age and quality of life came for a few of our family members, they were all kind and compassionate. I felt like our loss was their loss as well. A week or so after our last visit, we received a card in the mail. Would recommend and have recommended them to my fellow fur parents!!”
“I loved this rescue so much! You can tell how much they love the cats. They are all cared for to the nines, plus they even have access to an outdoor porch in their rooms. Honestly, it's one of the nicest rescues. Please support them. They do good work.”
“Very cute local shop that sells anything bird, along with books for adults and children. Had some very good wildlife information guides and books. It also had some adorable outdoor decor, as well as a sweet shop cat! Would definitely recommend if you had a bird or want to see a local shop!”

“I went into TS after 8:30pm and everyone was friendly, willing to help and as I was leaving, Kay offered to help load my dog and cat food into car. I have always been offered help and find the employees very friendly and helpful. I didn't get the man of the young man that helped load my dog food and look for something, but he was great too.”

Currently with the recent construction changes it is hard to get to this store on US 24. Maps is not updated properly on how to get there from the west. I went a few miles out of the way to the north and east to find my own route. 10/30/2024.”

“Took our granddogs to get groomed & 1 vaccine expired yesterday, mind you it was a Sunday. We don't ever get our vaccines early. Drove 40 minutes to get there. Seemed as if they know when we came in it was expired. No phone call, had no where to take the dogs as arrangements were made around the dogs getting dropped off. Very unhappy, looked like it was because they really didn't want to work today. Very rude & unprofessional. 0 for customer service. Had our other dog to drop off as well but due to the way we were treated we didn't feel comfortable leaving him there. I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE!”
“Leslie is an outstanding employee, goes out of her way to help make customers and their pets happy. Give that girl a raise!! I also adopted my cat through Jefferson County Humane Society here, he's the best cat ever! Properly cares for the animals they sell and always making sure they help you out. Thanks Petsmart!!!”

“Can’t say enough good about these folks. Several months ago we switched our pack from a few other vets to Westport, and they have been fantastic. They take their time…lots of time…to get to know the animal and ask tons of questions to better understand issues. I never feel rushed and their actions/recommendations have all helped with our fur kids. Highly recommend!!”
“The Hill's are alive with the sound of Nutrition! But certainly to help keep your pets alive, go for something like Hill's, which is a lot better for them than a lot of cheaper brands. They care about what goes into it - kind of like some girls do. Not Barbie ($$) and not me (any). They make a lot of dry food and also some wet food for cats which they say is a lot more healthy than most of the stuff. As far as I can tell it still causes pets cancer and you should probably be feeding your pets water and chicken and actual meat and other actual goodness instead of any pre-processed shelf-stable Foods at all. Having said that they are a little bit healthier but a lot more expensive than the regular brands. Yelp decided they are now closed down but their products are all over the shelves so don't believe a word of that.”
